This year’s Dance Marathon MC’s kicked off the holiday season with a comfy-pajama day. People had the option to wear their choice of pjs and donate $1 or more. Even the people who did not wear pjs, could still contribute by donating money.
All the funds collected from this event will be given to Camp Good Days to help send more kids to camp this summer.
Danica Zullo, one of this year’s MC’s wore a frog onesie to school today for the special day. She explained why this year’s MC’s chose this spirit, “Everyone loves pajamas obviously, and why would you pass up the opportunity to wear pajamas to school?”
Based on the number of students dressed in comfy clothes and pajamas it seems like a success. This year’s MC’s are off to a great start! Everyone is excited for more events like this in the future!
